The Process page of a WebQuest is a very important one. This is where you go to see exactly what you are supposed to be doing. This is where the real work begins! Remember, you need to do each one in the order given.
You may use ONLY the websites listed on the Resources page under each number.
To meet the goals listed on the Task page, follow these directions. You will need one of the worksheets provided in class to answer the questions. If you're at home, click here for a copy of the worksheet to print out.
B-I-G hint: Before you start the Process of any WebQuest, check out the Evaluation page. It tells you exactly how you will be graded! Otherwise you'll be 'driving blind!'
Your Process:
Job #1. Find out what the Internet is and where it came from. Summarize the information you find in five to ten sentences.
Job #2. What is an Acceptable Use Policy? What are the key points of our school's policy? Why do you think we need to have one?
Job #3. Use the resources listed to define each of these words:
Job #4. Create your own code of Internet safety -- write ten safety rules for using the Internet. Get ideas from the websites listed in the Resources section.
