This WebQuest is like a scavenger hunt. Your task is to use the Internet to locate ten specific items on the Internet. While doing this, you'll learn about ways to improve how you use the Web.

Before you start, here is a list of the words you need to know to do this WebQuest:

Search engine: A webpage that lets you type in a keyword, and then looks on the Internet for it.
Keyword: A word you type in when looking for something online.
Field: A space on a website where you can type in information.
Hits: The results you get while searching for something on the Web. A "hit" is a page that contains the keywords you typed in. Also called "results."
