Our Mission

St. Joseph's Parish School Mission Statement

Our Mission is to provide a holistic education which integrates the truths and traditions of the Catholic faith with life and learning. In partnership with families and grounded in the church's mission (to teach as Jesus did), St. Joseph's is committed to academic excellence.

St. Joseph's pursues excellence in schoolwide learning by encouraging the discovery and development of individual talents, by enhancing self-esteem and by promoting the ideals of faith, family, social justice and civic responsibility. Our school provides the learning experiences necessary to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to grow and adapt to the increasingly technological and diverse world in which we live.

Principal's Statement

"To love another person is to see the face of God. Faith, community and multidimensional involvement is the heart of our Catholic school."

Vision:
A Catholic Community of Excellence

As a school community we value, support and pursue a variety of excellences in an effort to encourage personal, spiritual growth and a commitment to learning. St. Joseph's is called to be a Catholic school family. In our school, community is a special part of our love for God. When we care for one another, we actively celebrate the mission of our school and church. Our faith community leads us to understanding who we are, where we come from, and our responsibility because of it. As a community we live, learn, model and share the gift of ourselves. We pray together, work together, share joys and sorrows too.
